I'm also doing the chef quests and they want me to go too level 10 and i'm only level 6 or 7.

Ok well, my advice to you is to be collecting up TCG star scrolls

Once you do that, you will need to seriously go at it on the mini-games! You will have to keep playing it over and over and over! That's what I ended up having to do.. but I ended up maxing it anyway

Your are now able to gain stars from playing harvesting mini games and harvesting samples. Make sure that when you are harvesting that you are on your chef job. It also allows you to find chef collections. The best way is with a 100% tcg star scroll. It lasts for two hours. Good Luck!
